The Tran's Muay Thai Association is a unique organization dedicated to taking your Muay Thai game to new heights. With superior instruction and guidance from Master H. D. Tran himself, the TMTA boasts a powerful and dynamic curriculum to take the student from White Belt to Black Belt as quickly and effectively as possible. Without a doubt joining the TMTA is one of the best ways to learn this effective martial art.

Master Tran's Seminar Information:
Tran is available to conduct seminars at your school. To schedule a seminar with Master Tran at your location, the following stipulations must be followed:
    • The Seminar length can range from 3 to 4 hours.
    • A seminar refers to one location during a period of 3-4 hours.
    • Seminar does not represent an affiliation between Kevin Kearns and associated brands with the school/hosting organization         unless agreed upon.
    • The seminar may not be sponsored in any form by any other party than school/hosting organization.
    • Master Tran reserves the right to cancel the seminar due to unforeseen circumstances. Upon cancellation, the deposit will be         refunded in full.
    • If the school/hosting organization cancels the seminar, the deposit fee will not be refundable.
    • The one day seminar fee is $2000 (US dollars). This fee is only for seminars in the United States and Canada.
    • Travel expenses are not included in the seminar fee. The school/hosting organization must provide:
           • Airline ticket: direct flights are preferred.
           • Hotel Accommodations: 1 Room
           • Meals: 3 meals per day
    • Once you have been notified that one of the dates you requested for a seminar is available, you will need to submit a 20%               deposit within one week to officially reserve the seminar date.
    • The remainder of payment must be made on seminar date (payable to “Hung Tran”).
    • No photos can be taken at seminar without the written consent of Kevin Kearns or an authorized representative.
    • No audio or video recording can take place at seminar without the written consent of Kevin Kearns or an authorized       representative.
    • Spectators are not permitted.
    • Master Tran will be available after the seminar for group and individual photographs.
    • A suitable location for the seminar must be acquired by the host and include mats.
    • Seminar participants must be 16 years old or older unless other wise noted.
    • Upon request of seminar, the following must be provided:
           • Location of Seminar
           • Host/Sponsoring Organization
           • Contact Person
           • Address
           • City, State, Zip
           • Primary Phone Number
           • Email Addresses
           • 3 Date Choices
           • $400 deposit is required once the date has been agreed upon

Seminar fees and terms are as of 2/18/2009 and are subject to change.

Flights: Arrangements made and paid for by seminar host.

Hotel Information: Arrangements made and paid for by seminar host for Master Tran. Please contact our school prior to the seminar to provide us with the hotel information.

Transportation: Seminar host arranges to have someone meet Master Tran at airport, drive to hotel, drive to seminar site and drive him to the airport on the departure day. Please have an adequate transportation vehicle.

Advertising: Any and all promotional material for the seminar we can provide for you to promote the event.

Waivers: All seminar participants must sign a Release Form Liability Waiver. This is required for all seminars both within the United States and internationally. Please fill in the necessary information and have it available on the days of the seminar. The waivers can either be given to Master Tran at the seminar, or mailed to the Tran's Martial Arts & Kickboxing Center, Inc.
