Tran's Kickboxing Licensee Corporation is the largest commercial kickboxing fitness licensee gyms in Colorado. We believe that the rapid growth of Tran's Kickboxing gyms is due to our confidence in the Tran's Kickboxing brand and the fitness & martial arts industry. We welcome licensees to join us in maintaining our leadership within the kickboxing fitness industry nationwide. We will continue to set the standard for fitness and martial arts in the USA and abroad.

Tran's Kickboxing is seeking licensees who are self-starters and who understand the strong upward trend in the health and fitness membership industry. You have to believe in the value of the Tran's Kickboxing brand and system. You must be able to communicate the health and lifestyle benefits members will receive from becoming a Tran's Kickboxing member. Most of all, you must perceive and believe in the global vision that is Tran's Kickboxing.

Whether you are a single-unit licensee or a multi-unit licensee with a large, fully-staffed operation, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of your Tran's Kickboxing business. Here is how you can get started in pursuing your partnership with Tran's Kickboxing.

In order for each of us to make an informed decision relative to granting you a Tran's Kickboxing Licensee, we implement the following licensee recruitment:


Procedure:

The first step in obtaining a Tran's Kickboxing License is for you to complete a Licensee Application form. A Tran's Kickboxing representative will then telephone you to explain the licensee program. If there is mutual interest after our telephone conversation, we will then mail you an information pack that will provide a full description of the licensee opportunity. Once we have received your completed application form, and your interest continues to be strong, we will send you a second package. The second package will include the License and Consulting Agreement (LCA) document which includes the Licensee Agreement for your review. All Tran's Kickboxing Licensees sign the identical Licensee agreement.

After reading the LCA, if you are still interested in proceeding with your investigation of the licensee opportunity, you will be invited to visit the Tran's Kickboxing corporate office, in Longmont, Colorado, and meet with our licensee senior executive team. You must bear the cost of travel to our corporate office. This is a chance to spend several hours meeting us and learning more about Tran's Kickboxing and for us to evaluate whether we feel you have the qualifications to be a successful Tran's Kickboxing Licensee.

You may want to talk to some of our current Tran's Kickboxing Licensees to determine their satisfaction with the Tran's Kickboxing training and ongoing support. We recommend that talking to Tran's Kickboxing Licensees be delayed until the date for your visit to our corporate office has been scheduled, since our licensees are busy operating their businesses and we only want them to spend time with people who are sincere about becoming a Tran's Kickboxing Licensee.

During your visit to the Tran's Kickboxing corporate office, you will meet our senior executives and they will be available to answer any remaining questions you may have concerning operating a Tran's Kickboxing Licensee. At the close of the time spent at our office, we will mutually agree upon how we wish to proceed with granting you a Tran's Kickboxing Licensee. At that time we can set up your training date and counsel you on all the preliminary steps leading up to training including signing the licensee agreement, the payment of the initial licensee fee, and the procedure for site selection, which is subject to our approval.
