What upfront investment is required?

What Return On Investment (ROI) can I expect?
Because the actual upfront investment to open a Tran's Kickboxing & Fitness Center, Inc. school/gym is relatively low and totally dependant on the expectation and needs of the Licensee, it is impossible to give you an accurate ROI. However, an immediate source of cash flow is created as new members are enrolled so a positive cash flow can be established quickly.

How quickly can I expect the return on my investment to begin?
As soon as you start selling in your market, you can begin to recover your initial investment by enrolling new members. In most cases, how well you follow the marketing plan provided by Tran's Kickboxing determines how quickly you achieve your desired ROI.

How many employees do I need?
You can start with as little as two people including yourself, a general manager/salesperson and an instructor. However, people who have the funds to hire additional people whose talents complement their own can grow faster.

What type of facility do I need?
You will need approximately 2,500 to 3,500 sq. ft. for the gym and office. You will need signage, phone (at least 2 lines plus a dedicated fax line), fax, PC compatible computer, and high-speed Internet access.

What type of technology (phone, fax, computer, internet) do I need?
You will need an IBM-compatible PC or Windows based PC. Your internet connection should be one of the various high speed options, DSL, cable or satellite. You need a phone system with at least two lines and a dedicated fax line, plain paper fax machine, and a photocopier.

How long has Tran's Kickboxing & Fitness Center been in business?
Tran's Kickboxing & Fitness Center Corporation executives have been operating in Colorado since 1988. The Licensee Company was started in January, 2008, to launch the Tran's Kickboxing Licensee opportunity.

How much training will I receive?
Tran's Kickboxing & Fitness Center will provide on going training once we have your commitment at the company's headquarters in Longmont, CO. You will be taught the Tran's Kickboxing & Fitness Center business system and marketing programs. Other training is available including weekly regional Instructor Leadership Training meetings and an annual National Licensee Retreat.

What happens once my club opens?
We'll be right there with you at the opening of your Tran's Kickboxing. Master Tran will work with you to ensure that your opening runs smoothly and successfully and Tran's Kickboxing & Fitness Center is never more than a phone call away. We are committed to providing our school/gym owners with the highest level of support and service in the industry.

How much support will I receive after the initial training, and specifically, how does Tran's Kickboxing support my business?
As much support as you request. Remember, your success is our success. Therefore, we will do whatever it takes to get you started in the right manner. Tran's Kickboxing & Fitness Center provides you with the Web-based infrastructure to transact the billing and collections for servicing member accounts. You will have a mandatory weekly regional Instructor Leadership Training meeting where we talk about stats, business 101, marketing, role playing and a whole lot more. Also, you will be in contact with Master Tran with a weekly conference call.

Yes, you will receive a protected territory. You will be assigned a protected territory based upon population density. Generally we will not place another Licensee within at least 5 miles of the location of your Tran's Kickboxing Licensee, and your protected territory will have a population base of not less than 50,000 people.

How do I generate income?
Your sales come from four sources:
• Bringing in New Members
• Providing Personal Training for Members
• Selling Tran's Equipment, Supplies, and Wearing Apparel
• Fight Night Events/Seminars
