Your Tran's Lifestyle Consultant is here to help you select the right program for your goals. Your consultant will perform an initial fitness assessment, this will include a medical history intake; physical measurements of body fat, weight, muscle strength, stability, muscle imbalances, posture, flexibility; a stress test; a detailed description of your food cravings, water intake, food consumption, and current activity level when you first become a member to establish a baseline level for you.
Next you will work together to set your fitness goals based on your age, overall health and lifestyle and performance/energy needs. Periodically you will get together to review and update your assessment. Remember, your Tran's Lifestyle Consultant is here to help you reach your goals and provide motivation. It is always a positive experience and one that will leave you feeling re-energized and ready to take on the world!
