Tran's Kickboxing 4 Week Circuit Attack Bootcamp series are designed for all levels of fitness enthusiasts - for those who want to get in shape to those looking to upgrade their fitness programs.

This comprehensive physical training program has over 40 cardiovascular and core strength training exercises that are designed to increase your speed, cardiovascular endurance, muscle tone, and weight loss. Tran's Circuit Attack Bootcamp is for ANYONE and EVERYBODY. No one is ever left behind or asked to perform anything they physically are not ready to do. You do not need to be in shape to join. We continually push you harder every day so that you always see progress and get the best results.

Tran's Circuit Attack Boot Camp exercises include: crunches, short-distance running, lunges, calisthenics, jumping rope, hiking, sport Yoga, Pilates mat work, Swiss ball and medicine ball training, ball drills, obstacle courses, PAR course, push-ups, shooting baskets, surprises, and more! We use a wide variety of training techniques to make it fun for you to get fit! Trans Kickboxing has developed this unique approach to fitness, using a wide variety of techniques to get you fit fast!
